Driven for Change provides practical mental health, trauma, and community-response training for churches, nonprofits, and community leaders across Kentucky.
Your team may already care deeply about the people it serves.
Training gives them the tools to recognize concerns, begin difficult conversations, respond appropriately, and connect someone with additional help.
Programs can be customized around your organization,
community, and the situations your team is most likely to encounter.
Learn how to recognize signs of mental health and substance-use challenges, offer initial support, and connect someone with appropriate professional resources.
Available courses include Adult, Higher Education, Corrections Professionals, and Rural Communities. Certification is nationally recognized and valid for three years.
Understand how trauma affects trust, behavior, communication, and emotional regulation.
This training helps your team shift from asking, “What is wrong with you?” to understanding, “What happened to you?”
Gain a foundational understanding of human trafficking, recognize potential warning signs, and learn how to respond safely and responsibly.
Identify local resources, strengthen referral pathways, and create a practical response plan for your church, nonprofit, team, or community.
Customized training is also available based on your organization’s specific needs.
